The tell-tale heart.

This sotry was wrote for Edgar Allan Poe in 184.The tell-tale heart is an story about an unnamed narrator who try to convince the reader of his inocence while he's describing a murder that he commited. The victim was an old man with a family "vulture eye" (as the narrator call it). The murder is carefully calculated and the killer hides the body of the victim under the floorboards. At the end, the narrator, feels guilty and he start to have hallucinations and he says that he can hear the sound of the beat of the heart under the floor.
Edgar Allan Poe was who wrote the first macabre story. The fisrt P.H.S was published in 1835 and other types of stories like this are detective story and science fiction.
